The version 0.11.0 has brought the following changes:

  • Switched to an isometric grid-based combat system
  • Improved randomness for daily bonuses
  • Removed side info panels during combat for better immersion
  • Added a toggle button for the combat log
  • Automatic display system for the information panel
  • Reworked several internal systems related to cells and the combat grid
  • All maps redesigned to use a square format instead of rectangular
  • Updated various tutorials to reflect recent changes
  • Added an XP bonus for boss mode battles
  • Added sorting by acquisition date in the inventory (monsters and relics)
  • Improved opacity reduction of obstacles based on nearby entities
  • Updated monster facing direction at the start of combat
  • Removed an obsolete texture used for the monster cosmetic background
  • New icon for the 'surrender' button in combat
  • Enlarged the Play button and increased horizontal spacing between buttons
  • Opening the inventory now defaults to sorting by acquisition date
  • Switching tabs in the inventory now applies the active sort to displayed items
  • Removed player information during combat (except in arena mode)
  • Updated certain damage icons (base, melee)
  • Adjusted the behavior of the combat info popup
  • Added visual effects in the combat scene (vignette, level-up glow)
  • Added visual effects when receiving damage and casting spells
  • Updated the combat category in the encyclopedia to reflect the isometric grid
  • Adjusted the crafting tab in the laboratory
  • Added initial buffs system for specific battles
  • Selecting a spell no longer cancels monster selection
  • Added a light effect when selecting a monster during combat via click
  • Dummy: display of the forged side above the monster
  • Maiden: nerfed the shield granted by the passive ability
  • Maiden: nerfed the shield granted by the Spite shards spell
  • Fixed monster selection when clicking on the tail
  • Various fixes in the level editor
  • Fixed background effects not being attached to the camera on some combat maps
  • Fixed incorrect description of Maiden's debuff in Chapter 4 of the campaign
  • Fixed 'Falling Leaf (Slice)' being cast multiple times on the same cell
